Friday: Let's slow down and reflect

 I've done nothing but go go go

  • This morning I felt extremely hungry, then as the morning wore on... the hunger subsided. 
  • 11-ish we had went out for lunch. I tried to eat slowly, but I was very hungry and the first fajita was scarfed down. 
  • I slowed/stopped eating when I experienced a mild stomach cramp. My stomach had been upset the day before. 
  • I had a little feelings of guilt for not finishing my lunch plate... but I told myself it's okay to take some home. 
  • I've been craving sweets a lot lately. So on the way home I stopped at my favorite vegan donut shop. When I got home I took a bite to taste a new flavor I got, then proceeded to go back to work.
  • A little under an hour after eating I feel a bit peckish... I'm not sure why. I feel both full and throat and chest has an empty feeling.
